L. M. May is a speculative fiction writer who made her debut in Albuquerque The Magazine in 2011 after winning their annual short story contest with her short story Parallels. She loves to write different kinds of science fiction, fantasy, and horror tales. Current stories available include the Weird Wild West tale Green Grow the Rushes and the YA gothic novel Soul Cages. She lives with her family in New Mexico amongst the roadrunners and coyotes that like to sneak up from the arroyo to explore the surrounding yards.
